Zero trailer FIRST reviews out! Critics call Shah Rukh Khan's film an 'emotional commercial drama'

Goes without saying, every Shah Rukh Khan must be desperately waiting for the Zero trailer right now and as rightly so. After all, it's one of the most awaited films of 2018 and the fact SRK plays a vertically challenged guy throughout the film only gives out all the more reasons for fans to vouch for him. I mean, not every superstar will be game to take up such a challenging role at this stage of his career when he actually has the privilege to choose safer, massy entertainers and please fans the way they like it. With Zero, it's like come what may, SRK wanted to fearlessly take the risk and boy, is the risk successfully paying off?

Zero trailer will be released at IMAX, Wadala, in Mumbai on November 2 which as you know coincides with Shah Rukh Khan's birthday. So it will be much bigger than just a normal trailer launch event. According to sources, Meerut city, along with the Ghanta Ghar, will be recreated at the venue. A mela-like set up with food joints and game stalls will also be organised. Needless to say, the event will be attended by birthday boy Shah Rukh, along with the rest of the lead cast, including Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. Director Aanand L Rai will also be present to unveil the much-awaited trailer.

Directed by Aanand L Rai, the trailer of Zero starring Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif is all set to hit the web on November 2, on SRK's birthday.

A few prominent journalists were shown the Zero trailer at a private screening this afternoon and there... they falling short of words to describe the brilliance that they watched in the 3.13 minute long promo? As Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Watched #ZeroTrailer [3.13 minutes]... Get ready to be surprised big time... SRK, Anushka, Katrina - the characters will catch you unawares... Aanand L Rai is synonymous with emotional films and there's a strong undercurrent of emotions on display here..." Another journalist of a news channel too seconded Taran Adarsh's thoughts about the Zero trailer and wrote, "#zerotrailer Impeccably impressive! The only hero @iamsrk who can pull of the challenging title of zero. Unparalled coveting charm coupled with blockbuster level of entertainment! well done @aanandlrai @AnushkaSharma @KarunaBadwal @RedChilliesEnt
